I have always been fascinated by human nature with its behavior and other mental processes. Since 2015, I work in the same institution as an organizational psychologist-supervisor, supporting teams and employees individually and in groups in their difficult work. My task is also to assess different group processes and employee conditions to find the best opportunities to bring out team members' resources. Before starting work at MHK, I managed a bus windshield manufacturing company for 4 years. I have also led MTÜ Eesti Hemofiiliaühing for 15 years. In addition to my main job, I have supervised and trained other organizations through MTÜ Supervisiooni ja Teraapia Keskus within projects. I have also supported leaders of various institutions as a coach and supervisor. Organizations I have consulted have operated in education, social, and business sectors.
