I am an ICF PCC coach, ANSE level 7 supervisor and trainer with over 20 years of experience in guiding people, with the last 10 years focused on supporting leaders and teams in education and business. It is important for me to create a psychologically safe yet clearly results-oriented development space. I believe the best solutions emerge when real patterns become visible and decisions are supported by awareness. My mission is to help leaders and organizations transform complexity into clarity and action. My values are trust, clarity, systemic holistic view, building on strengths, and continuous learning. My experience has been shaped by teaching and training work, coaching and supervision education, and daily work with individuals, teams, and organizations. I am a mother of three daughters, passionate traveler, and lifelong learner. Curiosity is my engine – it keeps me fresh both as a person and professional, bringing an open mind and depth to every collaboration.
