Über mich

I am an organizational supervisor and coach, and since 2010, a trainer in supervisor and coach education. I am a founding member and board member of the International Supervision and Coaching Institute. I also serve as a supervisor for coaches. I have worked extensively in the education sector as a teacher, middle management, and senior executive. My special source of inspiration is educational innovation and supporting learning in a way that helps learners feel they can largely direct their own learning process. My passion is supporting the implementation of modern learning approaches in Estonian schools. I am also a lecturer in teacher training at Tallinn University. My clients include organizations from both business and social sectors, as well as international teams. I partner with company leaders in implementing changes and teaching coaching skills. I believe that changing the world begins with changing oneself. However, you can only change what you are aware of. This mindset has brought me together with the Silent Minutes initiative. I am a Silent Minutes trainer, guiding teachers to bring attention and mindfulness exercises to as many children as possible. I am also a facilitator of the Circling process, a practice of authenticity and honesty. I have completed a 3-year international coach and supervisor training (2006-2009, Germany) and hold a certificate that meets ANSE standards. I believe that if a young person goes to school with interest and joy, it is very likely that the same attitude will persist later in their working life. I am happy when I can support this process and help talents and potentials unfold.
