I have over 20 years of management experience in creating and leading teams of various sizes. I have been working as a coach and mentor for the past 10 years and have truly enjoyed it. My clients have been from both private and public sectors, and I also work as an internal coaching mentor within organizations. I have participated in the School Principal Practice Program of Tallinn Education Department and Heateo Education Foundation.
