I help leaders and ambitious professionals make decisions when choices are complex, confusing, or information is insufficient. When everything seems important at once and information is fragmented, I am a thinking partner who helps see options, articulate trade-offs, and make the next decision with a clear head even under pressure. I have worked as CTO and senior executive in infrastructure and energy sectors, led programs worth over €3 billion, and supported decision-makers in high-stakes environments. I have experience in strategic leadership, major investment decisions, and international projects where decisions simultaneously affect people, risks, budgets, and reputation capital. My experience tells me that clarity doesn't come from "more information." Clarity emerges when the right questions are on the table and trade-offs are honestly stated. My job is to help clients see the big picture, notice hidden assumptions, map affected stakeholders, and establish concrete next steps that bring decisions to life. As a coach, I am balanced, supportive, and direct. I don't make decisions for clients, but I do help test thinking, articulate choices, and turn "discussion" into movement. Sometimes new perspectives don't come from sitting at the same table where thinking gets stuck. That's why I use movement as part of coaching when needed: a walk or light physical activity helps break automatic patterns, reduce mental noise, and reach clearer decisions.
