Über mich

Hi! I'm Oliver, an experienced leader with extensive experience managing teams of various sizes and my own company's investments. You should reach out to me primarily for topics related to leadership, money, or sports. My family – my spouse and three sons – are the pillars of my personal life. I enjoy being active with my family and moving actively in nature. I have completed several marathons, but for me the result isn't important – it's that wonderful flow feeling that emerges during running. I have tried to carry this same wonderful flow feeling into all my activities in life. I'm also an investor and try to contribute as much as I can to promoting financial literacy and encouraging people to talk more about money and investing. Not because happiness lies in money, but because it gives us confidence and freedom of choice over our lives and activities. To do what we actually want and what brings us joy. My approach is simple – I believe that you don't always have to give up something to achieve a new quality, but rather act thoughtfully and purposefully. As a coach, I listen, understand and support you, and through this I help you create clarity and confidence within yourself to move forward in the desired direction. To be happy, aware and present, you must start with yourself. With your own needs, desires and wants. Often in life, good things happen simply by stating them clearly and with a strong voice. My motto is "those who act, achieve." You need to start moving with small steps, and then together we'll get there. I'm ready to support you or your organization, feel free to contact me.
