Über mich

I am a supervisor and coach, adult educator, and advocate for lifelong learning. I have worked in the field of adult education for over twenty years, with my work centered on supporting the development of individuals and teams. My professional journey has brought me to supervision and coaching through training, management, and development activities. What matters to me is a safe and trusting space where people can pause, make sense of their experiences, and find new perspectives. I consider awareness, honest dialogue, and learning from experience to be essential. I believe that change begins from the moment we dare to look at ourselves. Every person and team has the resources for development – sometimes all that's needed is a supportive space, good questions, and time for reflection. My mission is to support people and organizations on their development path, helping to create clarity, balance, and conscious choices in both work and personal life. My values are respect, openness, presence, trust, and continuous learning. My experience is related to general, vocational, and adult education, training, and organizational development. I have managed a training center, worked as a trainer in business and education sectors, and participated in various educational and development projects. I hold a master's degree in business management, adult educator qualification (level 7), and have completed supervision and coaching training. My superpower is the ability to listen in such a way that people begin to notice what is already present in their own thoughts and experiences but has not yet been articulated. My approach is calm, analytical, and supportive. In my work, I value listening, deep questions, and reflection that help people notice new possibilities and move forward more consciously and confidently.
