Über mich

I am a supervisor, coach and gestalt psychotherapist with over 30 years of management experience in private business. On my leadership journey, I have experienced both success stories and difficult periods – it was precisely these ups and downs that taught me how crucial self-awareness, relationships and the ability to understand oneself and others are. Management experience showed me clearly that behind results and lasting satisfaction are not only strategies and numbers, but people – their inner clarity, contact with themselves and relationships with others. This understanding led me further on a deeper path of self-development: first to supervision and coaching training, and then to gestalt psychotherapy studies. In today's work, I combine practical management experience, professional training and human presence. I support leaders, teams and specialists who want greater clarity, balance and awareness in both their work and personal life. I graduated from the University of Tartu Faculty of Medicine in 1994.
