Kaido is Personality and Behavior Styles Expert, Trainer and Author, who knows different personality types through many trainings, through practical experience of selling books door-to-door in USA (2001-2007, over 20 000 cold contacts) and through over 2000 one-on-one coachings - done mostly in Estonia, but also in Latvia and Lithuania (since 2010). He has done over 200 full-day trainings to most different private companies (small, middle and corporations) and public institutions (universities, city offices, court houses) with thousands of participants, who vary from office workers, sales people, academics, computer specialists, lawyers to all the way up to organizational and team leaders managing small, middle and large teams. Kaido's training is made special by his extensive communication experience with most different types of people and his ability to use the experience at the training by giving a lot of humorous and memorable examples. That and Kaido's personal story about difficulties while learning to communicate helps everyone to understand their own challenges better and most of all help create an understanding, that good communication skills is not something, that we have to be born with - it's something, that we can all learn. In addition to communication skills DISC also helps with developing individual and team motivation and gives simple tools, that help manage individual and team stress factors during times of change (either due to rapid growth or due to re-structuring). At Kaido's coachings and trainings the biggest feedback has been, that people have gained more understanding. Understanding about themselves and about others -- why I/him/her/they behave-think-feel the way we behave-think-feel.
