I am a solution-focused coach, coach and mentor for startup and restart entrepreneurs, and trainer on wellbeing and personal development topics. My mission is to bring out your potential and brilliance. You do, you want, you can. You have a goal in sight and clarity on how to confidently walk your path. My passion lies in topics related to personal wellbeing, self-confidence, and systematic action and planning, so you can achieve the life you most want to experience and live. In coaching, you create clarity within yourself and about what you truly want and need. You create changes, overcome obstacles, make confident choices and steps toward your goals and objectives. You discover your strengths, bring more balance, lightness, freedom, satisfaction and self-confidence into your life. As a coach, I am your development partner and non-judgmental companion, I listen, hold space for you, think along with you, maintain focus so you can create a journey to your goals and dreams. I have a master's degree in educational sciences. Solution Focused Coach Erickson International ICF certificated (March 2022). Additionally, group coaching continuing education (May 2022). I also provide value as a trainer on various personal development topics – mental health and wellbeing, burnout prevention, maintaining balance, self-appreciation, self-confidence, maintaining focus, habit formation, goal setting, planning, etc. My trainings and programs are built on a coaching approach.
