A Belgian who moved to Estonia more than 14 years ago. I earned a master's degree in engineering and have worked as a middle and senior manager in large international companies and startups for over 12 years. For me, the most amazing machine is the human being, which is why I directed my career toward management. My passion is building high-performing teams and helping people become their best version. The logical continuation of my journey was coaching, which I have been doing since 2018. My unique work experience (production, management, coaching) influences my approach. I am systematic, practical, science-based, and think in systems. It doesn't matter whether your vision is to create something new, solve existing challenges, prepare for the next move in your career, develop new skills, or something else entirely. I believe everything starts with a crystal-clear vision of what you want to achieve. But don't worry if you don't have a vision yet - that can be our first step together.
