I am a creative supervisor dedicated to supporting people, believing in creativity and human potential. Respecting my own and others' boundaries and autonomy, and awareness of responsibility boundaries are important to me. I believe there is no single truth or only correct answer. Everyone has their own way of living and acting, and I can be present in this process as a reflector and co-thinker. My mission is to admire the world around me in its completeness every day and be ready for the opportunities that open up to me each day. My experience is that it's good to know your goals and objectives while being open and ready to receive new opportunities that you couldn't even wish for. I value each person's autonomy, the right to be themselves, while respecting others' autonomy and rights. My values are faith in human goodness. My superpower is supporting processes in supervision, coaching, therapy and training situations. My work experience ranges from individual supervision of business organization leaders to group supervision in the social sector. Creative therapists often come to me, whom I can support in supervision and coaching format as a representative of the same field. In my work, I use body work and creative techniques, because often a person reaches a new perspective or solution when they look at the situation through a new angle or different perspective. Being an Open Dialogue practitioner, I apply the principles of dialogical practice in my work. My supervision and coaching training took place in the program organized by Tallinna Ülikooli Kunstide Instituut and the German Supervision Institute "Ter Rote Faden". I hold a level 7 creative therapist professional certificate with additional supervisor competence. I have completed communication trainer-educator training and hold a level 6 adult educator professional certificate.
