I am a creativity coach, trainer and writer. Storytelling has captivated me my entire life, whether these are stories we tell ourselves that prevent us from living our best life, or film scripts, song lyrics, TV commercials, brands and marketing. For 20 years I have been a writer and journalist, worked at an advertising agency, in film production, led Postimees publishing house, and worked with start-up communication and founders. Recently, what captivates me most is creativity – in every area of life, both in written self-expression and corporate leadership culture, individual career paths and crisis situations. As a creative mentor, it's a joy to work with very different people and goals – those who want to write a book, textbook, find courage and content for presentations, untangle the knots of different desires, etc. In terms of formal education, I have a master's degree in literary studies and am studying to become an experiential counselor. My path as a creativity counselor began when a musician sought help – someone who loved creating and singing, was award-winning and successful – but couldn't talk to the audience between songs. After just a couple of meetings, he was telling stories on stage that made people applaud and laugh. At my creativity trainings, people from all walks of life attend – from cybersecurity specialists to dentists, from engineers to yoga teachers, from neurologists to writers. Creativity expresses itself differently in everyone. For me, creativity means a "can-do!" mentality. Everything is conceivable, everything is doable.
