I am an executive coach and the head and lecturer of AoEC coaching programs at EBS. I am motivated by the joy of results that the balance of challenges and support I offer has brought to my many clients. In my work, I combine long-term leadership experience with a deep interest in people. Personal leadership experience helps me understand my clients' challenges. I have worked for 20 years in the management boards of Estonia's largest media companies, I have led strategic changes, modernized business models and developed marketing strategies. I have experienced both great successes and failures. And I know from personal experience as a coachee how much higher mountains can be conquered thanks to a coaching relationship and how much softer the falls are. I know that as leaders we are often alone and I believe that creating a supportive and non-judgmental thinking space is the best gift I can give to my client. I was goal, solution and implementation oriented as a leader and I am also as a coach. My strength as a coach is interest and good knowledge about human behavior. This helps increase clients' self-awareness, unlock their potential and bring out their best self. As a coach, I have worked with more than 100 leaders, and as a lecturer I have shared coaching skills and mindset with nearly 400 interested people. I have Advanced Practitioner Diploma in Executive Coaching (AoEC, England) and Gestalt Practitioner Diploma (GIS, Denmark) certificates.
