How to use the rich-text editor, add images, format text

TipTap Rich-Text Editor

Evoluna articles are written in the TipTap rich-text editor, which provides all the formatting tools you need for a blog post. It's as intuitive and responsive as Notion or Medium.

Basic Formatting

Bold (Ctrl+B)
Bold words
Italic (Ctrl+I)
Italic text
Underline (Ctrl+U)

Headings

Main subheadings (use these to break up text)

Images

Images can be added in two ways:

Drag & drop

Drag an image directly into the editor

Upload

Click the image button — the image is securely saved to Evoluna's servers

  • Recommended size: up to 5 MB
  • Supported formats: JPG, PNG, WebP, GIF
  • Add **alt text** for accessibility

Cover Image

Every article needs a cover image, displayed in listings and on social media.

  • Recommended size: 1200×630 pixels
  • Upload in the "Cover Image" section at the top of the panel
  • The image is stored in S3 and sent to search engines

Multi-language Versions

You can create the same article in multiple languages:

  • Primary language is set from your profile language settings
  • Click "Add Language" and select from the dropdown
  • Each language version is independent (own slug, meta description, content)

Auto-save

The editor saves changes automatically every 30 seconds and whenever you leave the page. You won't lose your work.

Tags and Categories

Category
Pick from the platform's existing categories (main topic)
Tags
Add comma-separated tags (e.g.: stress, anxiety, relaxation)
Dimension
Choose the primary life aspect (Mind/Body/Spirit/Health/Growth)

Preview

Click "Preview" before publishing to see how the article will look on the public page.

Scheduled Publishing

You can set a future publication date — the article stays in DRAFT until the scheduled time arrives.
