These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Evoluna platform, website, and services, including mentoring, coaching sessions, digital content, and community features.

By accessing or using the site Evoluna.app, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

1. Definitions

  • “Platform” – The Evoluna website, applications, content, and tools.
  • “Services” – Mentoring, coaching, wellness guidance, personal development sessions, booking tools, and digital content.
  • “User” / “Client” – Any person who accesses the platform or purchases services.
  • “Mentor” – Pert Lomp or any future accredited professionals offering services via Evoluna.
  • “Session” – A booked mentoring, coaching, or consultation meeting.
  • “Content” – All articles, videos, scripts, text, trainings, and materials published by Evoluna.

2. Scope of the Services

Evoluna provides:

  • 1:1 mentoring and coaching
  • Personal development and wellness support
  • Crypto mindset and financial education content (non-financial advice)
  • Self-growth tools, exercises, and digital materials
  • Booking system for paid sessions
  • Optional future access to additional mentors or experts

Evoluna does not provide medical, legal, tax, or financial investment advice.

All guidance offered is educational and informational only.

3. Eligibility

You must be:

  • At least 18 years old
  • Legally capable of entering into binding agreements
  • Providing accurate information during account registration or booking

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

4. Booking, Payments & Pricing

4.1 Booking

Sessions are booked through the Evoluna booking system.
Confirmation is sent by email.

4.2 Payments

You agree to pay the displayed price at the time of booking.
Payments may be processed via:

  • Stripe
  • Credit/Debit cards
  • Other payment processors as added in the future

All prices include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise.

4.3 Refund Policy

Unless otherwise required by law:

  • Sessions are non-refundable once completed.
  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
  • If canceled later than 24 hours, the session fee is non-refundable.
  • If the mentor must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, a free reschedule will be offered.

4.4 No Chargebacks

By booking a session, you agree not to initiate chargebacks without first contacting us to resolve any issue.

5. No Professional Advice (Important)

Evoluna offers mentoring, coaching, and personal development guidance.
We do not provide:

  • Medical advice
  • Psychological therapy
  • Legal advice
  • Tax advice
  • Investment or financial advice

Any references to cryptocurrency, markets, or financial behavior are educational and opinion-based.

You remain fully responsible for your personal, financial, and life decisions.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide truthful information
  • Not misuse or exploit the platform
  • Not disrupt the website or its systems
  • Not share harmful, offensive, or unlawful content
  • Not record or distribute session content without consent

You also agree:

You are responsible for your own results, progress, and decisions.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials on Evoluna, including:

  • Videos
  • Scripts
  • Articles
  • Branding
  • Logos
  • Digital content
  • Programs
  • Exercises
  • Coaching frameworks

are the intellectual property of Evoluna.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell any content without written permission.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

Your data is processed according to:

  • Evoluna Privacy Policy
  • Evoluna Cookie Policy
  • GDPR requirements (EU)

By using the platform, you agree to proper handling of your data as described in those documents.

9. Third-Party Services

Evoluna may use:

  • Payment processors (Stripe)
  • Email services (Brevo)
  • Website analytics (Google Analytics)
  • Video hosting (YouTube)

These third parties have their own terms and privacy practices.

10. Service Availability

We aim for 24/7 availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
Maintenance, updates, or technical issues may temporarily disrupt the platform.

We are not liable for downtime or data loss.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Evoluna is not responsible for any losses, damages, decisions, or outcomes resulting from your use of the platform.
  • Coaching and mentoring results vary and are not guaranteed.
  • You use the platform and services at your own risk.

This includes:

  • Financial decisions
  • Relationship decisions
  • Health and wellness decisions
  • Business decisions

12. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if:

  • You violate these Terms
  • You behave abusively or unlawfully
  • You misuse bookings or payments
  • You attempt to defraud or harm the platform

You may close your account at any time.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically.
Updates become effective once published on the website.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by:

  • European Union regulations, and
  • Estonian law, as Evoluna is operated by a company registered in Estonia.

Any disputes shall be resolved under Estonian jurisdiction unless otherwise required by law.
